On the recent episode of SBS ‘Family Outing 2‘ (from May 30th), which coincidentally collides withYoona’s birthday, she celebrated her ‘coming of age’ in an amusing way. She did not celebrate with a cake, but with a challenge: to consume something she has not ate before in her life – chicken feet.
Before meeting the Wonder Girls on the set, Kim Wonhee, Yoon Sanghyun, and Yoona went to the market in which they proposed the challenge. They, who previously ate the chicken feet before, teased Yoona’s expression of discomfort towards the food.
Although both have claimed that it is delicious, it did not eliminate Yoona’s weariness. In which Kim Wonhee teased her, “How long are you going to be a young girl?“. Yoona confessed that she ” didwant to eat chicken feet before.” Despite that, She still did the challenge and chewed the chicken feet while tightly closing her eyes, only to spit it out after.
The important thing is that she did the process of the challenge with determination to overcome her uneasiness and that, is pretty awesome. I can relate to Yoona, I’m not too fond of chicken feet as well, but everybody has their own dislikes that can be overcome. What’s yours?
