Super Junior Won’t Lose Hope

Before Super Junior’s comeback performance on KBS Music Bank last Friday, Asia Economic Daily had a small chit chat with Super Junior’s LeeTeuk before they bounced on stage with their new song ‘BONAMANA.’

Referring to the absence of 3 members (Kangin, Kibum and Hangeng) LeeTeuk stated,“Many people asked if we are starting to lose our light or if we would no longer be showing a variety of performances which was our strength but we will try to put those worries to sleep through our activities … the team is getting along better than ever.”

On talks with Kangin’s military service after his DUI incident, LeeTeuk said that the group members are supporting Kangin’s decision. He added that all of them are not against Kangin in continuing his career.

Although only ten members have put their efforts on their 4^th album, the highly anticipated comeback of Super Junior has taken its toll. LeeTeuk gleefully expressed that they received about 200,000 advanced orders, compared to 150,000 orders they had gotten for their previous album ‘Sorry, Sorry.’
