Back in February, Tablo surprised fans by announcing that Epik High would be producing an upcoming boyband, Infinite. Since Epik High and the Map The Soul family is known for bringing creative underground artists to light, the word ‘boyband’ alone was a surprise to fans.
Infinite is composed of 7 members, 5 of them whose faces were revealed through Tablo’s twitter in mid-February. Infinite member, L, has been featured in Epik High’s ‘Run, as well as the rest of the members as the band performing with Tablo and Mithra Jin. Infinite has also been seen on their own Mnet reality show, You’re My Oppa in which a high school girl is thrown into their trainee lives.While Infinite was set to debut in March, it seems like fans don’t have to wait much longer because Tablo himself has announced their teaser video through his twitter, stating‘INFINITE. COMING SOON!’.
